Ok – So the plugin Im using isnt specifically meant for this purpose. But for now it will do.

Ive also been advised by Dean and Mike that blocking the Referrer Spam in the .htaccess file is not going to work, due to the spam traffic not actually hitting your website. However, It might still be useful to have a list of Refererr Spam Source URLS anyway. So please submit away 🙂
